First time I’ve seen this wonderful document. Why I can’t find it anywhere else?

It’s fairly new. The official link is available under “Ray Whitepapers” in the documentation.

I should have taken a screenshot. Someone had suggested an edit that was just deleting the entire document. It was resolved soon after publishing this post.
