I tried to upgrade Ray to 2.11 from 2.10 using “pip install -U ‘ray[all]’” command on my Windows machines (python 3.9.13), but always get no update, whereas on my Mac machines (python 3.9.6) I successfully updated using pip. It used to work perfectly.
Couldn’t find any hint on the release note, so just want to check before I opt for the daily releases. Thanks!
