Tune cannot sync to GCS

Hi everyone,

I have an issue similar to #1899. I am running Tune on a GCP cluster and try to sync to GCS, but nothing is written into the bucket. Here is my code:

GCS Access rights
The ray-autoscaler-sa-v1@MyProjectID.iam.gserviceaccount.com has GCS bucket access permissions of Storage-Object-Administrator.

Cluster Access
Running

ray attach example-full.yaml
gsutil ls gs://ray-results-18102021

gives the following output:

ServiceException: 401 Anonymous caller does not have storage.objects.list 
access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket.

What do I have to change to make it run? (such that Tune syncs with the GCS bucket)*

I made it work, however, I had to configure gsutil such that it works with my project:

  1. I had to get an authorization code:
This command will create a boto config file at /home/ray/.boto
containing your credentials, based on your responses to the following
questions.
Please navigate your browser to the following URL:
https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/auth?client_id=a-long-url-accounts.reauth&access_type=offline&response_type=code
In your browser you should see a page that requests you to authorize access to Google Cloud Platform APIs and Services on your behalf. After you approve, an authorization code will be displayed.

Enter the authorization code: my-auth-code
  1. I had to enter my project ID.

Question Is there any way how to automate this process via the YAML or forwarding (when I use gsutil config in the setup_commands of the YAML, I somehow have to follow the link)?
