How severe does this issue affect your experience of using Ray?

Maybe it is a well known problem but I tried to check this problem that I don’t understand.
Working with a slum management I have a weird behaviour.
Is is really slow if I launch the code on a distant node but I behave normally if I ssh to the node and launch the same code. I init the ray cluster with same arguments on the same node.
Do you have an explanation?
