Trying to download daily releases from nightly build wheels but getting 404 error.

Nice catch @mmuru! Here’s a PR fixing it and it should be resolved soon (<1hr). If you are blocked you can download the master wheel directly via master/commit-sha/ray-2.0.0.dev0-cp37-cp37m-macosx_10_15_intel.whl
