What is the best way to get a pull request merged?

I made a nice and easy fix in a pull request, but no reaction from the team.

I have again two small but important pull-requests that don’t get merged. Is there any way to get this bugfixes merged?

I am happy to contribute but in order to do so, pull requests should get looked at.
