How severe does this issue affect your experience of using Ray?
- Medium: It contributes to significant difficulty to complete my task, but I can work around it.
When I use the following config to call ray up to start a cluster, it fail with unrelated error.
And I can not find out the doc about the limitation of custom resource count of a node.
