# Workers crashes after few seconds automatically

My workers nodes and head are running on different vm , i am able to see my workers on dashboard , but after few seconds workers gets killed automatically

`1The node with node id: 3428fdc8ee0b2accb9f106e3f63207b3722a65c9f11d6a4d11841d0f and address: 172.17.0.3 and node name: 172.17.0.3 has been marked dead because the detector has missed too many heartbeats from it. This can happen when a (1) raylet crashes unexpectedly (OOM, preempted node, etc.) 2	(2) raylet has lagging heartbeats due to slow network or busy workload.`

Please somebody help !!!
