I tried to upgrade Ray to 2.11 from 2.10 using “pip install -U ‘ray[all]’” command on my Windows machines (python 3.9.13), but always get no update, whereas on my Mac machines (python 3.9.6) I successfully updated using pip. It used to work perfectly.

Couldn’t find any hint on the release note, so just want to check before I opt for the daily releases. Thanks!

Please refer to [Ray Weekly Release · Issue #44276 · ray-project/ray · GitHub](https://github.com/ray-project/ray/issues/44276), where it was stated that the weekly minor releases will become available to platforms Linux & MacOS only. I think this fits to your observation.
