# ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ray'

Hello,

System window. Using conda. python version 3.9.13.  
Followed instruction on [Installing Ray — Ray 1.13.0](https://docs.ray.io/en/latest/ray-overview/installation.html) but it does not work. ‘import ray’ gives ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘ray’

What could be the issue? What things to check.
