# Dashboard all white when accessing

**How severe does this issue affect your experience of using Ray?**

- High: It blocks me to complete my task.

Hello,  
I’m having an issue with the dashboard : when I try to access it I briefly see the dashboard then the page goes all white and nothing happen.  
This is the error I’m getting on firefox (I tried on chrome and chromium same issue):

But when I look in the logs of the ray\_head pod everything is fine even if I go in it to find the dashboard logs.  
Do you have any idea what is happening ?  
(I’m using the official Kubernetes deployment for ray\_head and ray\_worker)

Can you try directly using the experimental dashboard to see if that unblocks you?

You can access it by using the path /#/node.

Ex: localhost:8265/#/node
