**How severe does this issue affect your experience of using Ray?**

- Medium: It contributes to significant difficulty to complete my task, but I can work around it.

Hello there,
I’m planning to create a ray cluster on VMs. Can I specify nodes from multiple cloud providers and on-premise servers in a single YAML cluster configuration file?
Or, do I need to use Kubernetes?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

You can do this with KubeRay on K8s or you can look at Anyscale machine pools [Anyscale machine pools | Anyscale Docs](https://docs.anyscale.com/administration/cloud-deployment/machine-pools/)
