**How severe does this issue affect your experience of using Ray?**

Hello Ray community. We have encountered the same need as [Approaches to managing multi-user ray clusters](https://discuss.ray.io/t/approaches-to-managing-multi-user-ray-clusters/8769), But I see that RayTeam is planning to support multi-tenancy ([Ray multi-tenancy support requirements collection](https://github.com/ray-project/ray/issues/40049)), is it convenient to disclose the news about it?
